"Leslie is a woman who does not accept it can't be done. There is no goal too big to achieve. She does not limit her thinking to exclusionary solutions. She will harness every bit of energy, unify disparate parties, and find a way to "Yes!" She will seek win/win no matter the difficulty of the issues"
